Gerald A. Larkins

Mr.Larkins has been a director of Deep Well Oil & Gas Inc since 2014 and currently serves as Chairperson for the Audit Committee and as a member of the Executive Committee.

Mr.Larkins was with Phelps Dodge Corporation from 1979 to 2007. While at Phelps Dodge Corporation, Mr.Larkins served in several roles including Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and various finance and accounting positions.

Mr.Larkins currently serves on the Board of Directors of Elevance Health Inc. (NYSE: ELV) and previously served on the Board of Directors of UNS Energy Corporation, a subsidiary of Fortis, Inc (NYSE: FTS).
